Doomsday... the name on everybody's lips and the power behind every single destructive blow, signalled the unexpected and delivered exactly that. Single handedly tearing through the Justice League without so much as missing a beat, it was left for the man of steel to once again bound into action and save the day.

The ensuing battle would forever change anything that came within reach, few would realise the cost of this fight... fewer still could imagine the price that would have to be paid.
