Ordering Instructions

1. To order comics from us:
   • Online order: (using PayPal)
     • Click the "Add to Cart" button next to comic you wish to order. (Repeat as necessary.)
     • When you are finished shopping, click the "Checkout" button.
     • You will be taken to the PayPal website where your order will be processed.
     • We will then receive an e-mail from PayPal (with your list of comics).
     • Please double check the mailing address listed on your PayPal account- this is where we will ship your comics.
     • After we receive your order, we will ship it out within the next 3-5 business days.
     • Note: If you pay with a PayPal "eCheck" we will hold your order until the payment clears (usually within 3-5 days). This hold is recommended by PayPal itself.

2. To pay by credit card, you can use PayPal: go through the payment steps, but you shouldn't need to log in or create a PayPal account. Please check PayPal's instruction pages for more details.

3. Note: If you mail your order to us, it will take a little longer to process. If payment is made with a personal check, we will hold the order for 10-15 days to make sure it has cleared the bank.

4. There is NO minimum order- order as many or as few books as you like.

5. All prices are PER ISSUE, unless marked "set." For example, if "X-Men 2-10" are $2.00, then #2, #3, #4, on up to #10 are $2.00 each.

6. All comics are in Mint/ Near Mint condition and are "first printing" unless otherwise noted.

7. All comics come in a protective bag and board.

8. To see the details for each comic, click on the "Issue Detail" button. Please note that this will create a 'pop-up' window. If you are using pop-up blocking software (or Windows XP, Service Pack 2), this window *may* be blocked. If you click the button and nothing appears after a few seconds, then you will need to disable your pop-up blocking software.

9. Every issue listed in our catalog is in-stock and ready for shipping. Simply click the "Buy Now" to place it in your shopping cart. (You can later remove the issue if you want.)

10. If we are out of a certain issue, we will send you a credit coupon for the amount of that issue. If you wish to have the money refunded instead of a credit, mark the box on the order form. Refunds will be issued the same way we received payment- if you mailed a check, we will issue your refund via check; if you ordered through PayPal, we will credit your PayPal account.

11. All prices are subject to change without notice.

12. Shipping to U.S. addresses is $7.00.

13. Due to previous issues and increased shipping rates, we are no longer shipping orders to addresses outside of the United States, including Canada.

14. If you would like insurance, please add $2.50 to your order.

15. If you would like to see the current status of your order, please use the Order Tracking Page. Note: for security reasons, you will need to enter BOTH your OrderID (found in the "We have received your order" e-mail) and your last name.
